REGISTRATION EXPIRATION:
Online (via Acteva) registration closes at midnight, January 28, 2009. In-person registration will be available at the Conference Registration Desk during the following times:
- Thursday, January 29, 2009 from 5:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday, January 30, 2009 from 7:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday, January 31, 2009 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For in-person registration, cash, checks (written to "SWE 2009 Sonora Region Conference), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) will be accepted.
REFUNDS:
Refunds must be requested in writing to B09Conference@swe.org before midnight, January 16, 2009. All refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Region Conference Chair (Kerrie Greenfelder) and refund approval is not guaranteed. Refund requests shall include the following: 1) A copy of the payment receipt; 2) A short, dated letter (with signature) as to why a refund is requested; and 3) Mailing address for refund. If approval is granted, a refund check will be issued within 30 days, less any fees charged by Acteva (for online registrations).
